The Recruitment Process:

Under normal circumstance you will have an interview with two Managers; if successful at this initial interview you will be offered a second interview in a service. Multiple interviews are carried out so that you can meet a number of our staff, mangers, the people we support as well as seeing where you could be working. It is important to us that we get the right applicant for the post.

During the coronavirus pandemic, face to face interviews will not be possible, therefore all interviews will be carried out by either video conferencing and/or telephone. Don’t panic if you have never used video conferencing, our HR team can help you with this.

Some of our services are temporarily closed due to the coronavirus pandemic such as our cafes and Community Activities day centres. We continue to recruit for vacancies in these services with the hope that once we are allowed to open again you will have already been through our recruitment process and received an offer of employment.
