- Personal Development Plans that give focused support in transferable skills required in the workplace such as interpersonal skills, time keeping, attendance and the general ethos of work.

- West House is an approved assessment centre offering N.V.Q’s – in Horticulture, Catering, Customer Services etc.
- Open College Network – 2 year “preparation for work course” – Communication, Assertiveness and Confidence building.
